Should I Stay or Should I go Now?

So I've been at my job for almost 2 years. And I love it. I really do love my job. I have a really great balance of great co-workers and a great boss. I love what I do... I work in PR at a beauty company. It's a great combination of writing, creativity, fashion, style and everything in between. I get to go to fashion week, I work at crazy events meet beauty editors and VIPs. There is no where else in the United States has what I have in New York. As much as I love my job, I can't get rid of the stinking feeling about leaving New York. I've always had a love/hate relationship with New York. I know I have an expiration date in the city. I always kind of figured it would be in 5 or more years, but lately I have had that urge of leaving New York to go back home. Home is a major city, but nothing compared to NY. I've even looked for jobs at home but nothing is remotely as interesting as what I do here.
